Shipping Policy

Online orders will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days of receiving the order, and you will receive a completed email with the expedited parcel tracking information by Canada Post.

Shipping is a flat rate $15 to anywhere in Canada.

Refund policy

Returns (In-Store Purchases Only)
Items may be exchanged, refunded, or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase (this may be still under your name in our system). In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
All discounted or sale items are final purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds on Sale items (if applicable)
Refunded at the sale price within the 30 day return policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@evolvemineralpaint.ca and send your item to: 1666 Ogilvie St, Prince George, BC V2N 1W9

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you (with a copy sent by email).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
